Melissa is also known as Lemon Balm.  It is a strong support for the body during times of stress.  It is sedative to the nervous system easing anxiety and insomnia.  It is a strong relaxant to the cardiovascular system, easing tension, pain, and headaches.  It also supports the immune system and is very effective against the Herpes virus and is a first choice for healing cold sores and shingles

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to calm and uplift

Use at between 0.5% and 1% in body massage or tropical use
