How To Use

INHALATION
An excellent addition to any respiratory blend. Use in diffuser or inhaler stick to break down mucus.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 0.5% to 1.75% in body massage and or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
For Digestive support: Sweet Fennell and Peppermint
For Respiratory support: Atlas Cedarwood, Eucalyptus Smithii
