How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a diffuser or inhaler stick to decongest the nasal passages and relieve coughs and colds. Inhalation also clears brain fog due to tiredness.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1.5% and 5% in body massage and or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
For Immune support: Ravintsara, Niaouli, Tea Tree
For Muscular support: Rosemary ct 1,8 cineol, Ravintsara
