How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a diffuser to give a long-lasting aroma which restores and calms the nervous system. Use in a personal inhaler to ease bronchitis or to help reduce anxiety

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use between 1.5% and 3% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To restore and sedate: Patchouli, Lavender, Clary Sage
To clear bronchitis: Spearmint, Niaouli, Lavandin
To clear varicose veins: Cypress, Juniper berry, Grapefruit
