How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a diffuser for its broad spectrum anti-microbial action.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at 0.6% for massage. Use for short periods of time only. Not recommended for regular or long-term use.

BLENDS WELL WITH:
For airborne bacteria and virus: Red Thyme, Tea Tree, Clove
