Description

A good oil for a person recovering from illness or a period of stress which has left them exhausted.  In low doses Coriander is a nervous restorative and in higher doses it is a nervous sedative.  It is a skin regenerator making it an excellent addition in skin care blends. It is a digestive tonic and eases flatulence, colic, and bloating.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to calm the digestion and relax the mind.
Use in a diffuser to help ease anxiety and relax the body.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use between 1%-5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
For digestive disorders: Fennel, Grapefruit, Black Pepper
For skin inflammation and repair: Copaiba, Lavender, Benzoin
As a nervous restorative: Palmarosa, Petitgrain Lavender
