Description

Eucalyptus staigeriana is a lemon-scented Eucalyptus with an extra hint of sweetness.  It is a good respiratory oil and is especially indicated in chronic infections.  It is a good expectorant, anti-inflammatory, and nasal decongestion.  It is also a nervous system sedative which makes it a good choice for anxiety and stress.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to support topical application.
Use in a diffuser to calm and reassure an anxious mind.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use between 1.5% and 3% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To ease respiratory congestion: Tea Tree, Spearmint, Cajeput
To calm an anxious mind: Lavender, Grapefruit, Petitgrain
