Description

This blend was formulated to encourage flow in the body.  It eases the congestion of varicose veins and heavy legs by cleansing the blood and the lymph and easing pain.  Use to ease varicose veins, after activity or just to wake up the body in the morning.  The combination of essential oils in this blend also makes it an excellent air purifier.

How To Use

DIFFUSION
Fill your space with a refreshing herbal aroma that is protecting and cleansing.
Add 8-10 drops in a diffuser with water

PERSONAL INHALER
To clear respiratory congestion - Hold the aroma-stick under your nose and take 3 long, deep breaths deep into the base and sides of the lungs, exhaling with a sigh
Add 8-10 drops to the wick

MASSAGE
Use 10-15 drops in a 50ml of vegetable oil for body massage

DILUTE IN
Grapeseed, Sweet Almond, or Fractionated Coconut oil

ENRICH THE BLEND WITH
Specialised and infused vegetable oils are a powerful way to enrich and develop your blend.
Adding 10% Comfrey, Hypericum or Calendula to the vegetable oil, makes this blend exceptionally nourishing for the skin.

BODY OIL/LOTION
Blend 15-20 drops in 50ml of vegetable oil or Moisture lotion and use daily as a body moisturiser

BATH BLEND
Add 8-10 drops to 5ml of essential oil dispersant and add to the bath water to create a luxurious aromatic bath experience.
