Description

German Chamomile (sometimes called Blue chamomile) has a healing effect on all systems of the body. It is anti-inflammatory and eases pain in the muscular system. It is antispasmodic for the smooth muscles of the digestive system easing pain and cramps. It aids the immune system by stimulating the production of white blood cells. Can help with allergic skin reactions as it has an antihistamine effect.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler as an aid to topical pain relief or as an antihistamine.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use between 1.5% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
For pain and inflammation: Spike Lavender, Helichrysum, Clove, Copaiba
For insomnia or anxiety: Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Neroli
