Also known as Tulsi oil.  It is high in Eugenol making it a great addition in a muscular blend for pain but also makes this oil a potential skin irritant. Use topically with care.

How To Use

INHALATION
A hint of Holy Basil is lovely added to a blend for diffusing. It adds spice and immune support.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
For pain relief and immune support: use at between 0.5% - 1% for short periods of time only

BLENDS WELL WITH:
For pain relief: Lavender, Copaiba
For immune support: Tea Tree, Lemon
