Description

When using Hyssop always ensure it is the decumbens variety (ct cineol).  It is a strong respiratory stimulant, decongestant, mucolytic and expectorant.  It eases coughing.  It supports the immune system and is antiviral.  It is a uterine stimulant and has an emmenagogue action, helping to regulate menstrual flow.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler clear the lungs and relieve coughing

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To decongest the lungs: Spearmint, Tea Tree, Fennel
For strong immune support: Red Thyme, Niaouli, Black Spruce
