Description

Spike Lavender is high in Linalol, 1,8 cineole and camphor.  This combination makes it a great oil for pain and muscle fatigue.  Use Spike Lavender anytime there is pain, tightness and fatigue in the muscles or joint.  When cleverly blended it has many uses for pain and fatigue.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler compliment a topical blend when treating pain

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1% and 5% in body massage or tropical use
