Description

Moroccan chamomile or wild chamomile grows in the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. Like all essential oils of the Daisy family, it is anti-inflammatory and has excellent skin healing properties. It is particularly effective in easing menstrual cramps and adds an extra dimension to blends for hormonal balance.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler as an aid to balance hormones and ease menstrual cramps
Use in a diffuser to calm and relax the body and mind and to add a wonderful aroma of spring

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1.5% and 3% in body massage or tropical use
Use between .05% - 1% for skin rashes

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To balance hormones: Geranium, Lavender, Clary Sage
To ease menstrual cramps: Ginger, Geranium, Lavender
To sooth itchy rashes: Lavender, Peppermint in infused oil of Calendula
