Like all the oils from the Daisy family, Arnica is an excellent analgesic and anti-inflammatory oil.  It can be used to relieve muscular and nerve pain.  It will help prevent bruising.

Therapeutic use: Analgesic, Anti-inflammatory,  
Action in a blend: Pain relief, Muscular tension, Sciatica
Use in blend at: 5%-15%

How To Use

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add to a massage blend or a skin care product at 5%-15% for clients with:
Muscular Pain
Sciatica

Caution:
Do not bandage the area once arnica has been applied
Do not apply before surgery as it can prevent clotting
