Also called Petitgrain Bigarade it is distilled from the leaves and twigs of the Neroli tree. It is uplifting and is recommended for all stress related conditions including exhaustion and insomnia.  It sedates and restores the nervous system.  It is a skin tonic and helps to balance overactive sebaceous glands.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to restore a tired body and mind
Use in a diffuser to support recovery during times of stress and overwhelm

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1.5% and 5% in body massage or tropical use
