Description

Roman chamomile is a sedative which improves sleep quality and relaxes the nervous system.  It is practically recommended for children who wake from nightmares. It is an anti-spasmodic oil relieving muscular, digestive, and menstrual pain.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler as to ease anxiety, aid sleep and ease pain.
Use in a diffuser to calm and relax the body and mind as it helps to unwind a busy day.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1.5% and 5% in body massage or tropical use
Use at between 0.5%-1% for skin rashes

BLENDS WELL WITH:
For anti-inflammatory blends: Spike Lavender, German Chamomile, Helichrysum
To ease menstrual cramps: Clary Sage, Lavender, Moroccan Chamomile
To reduce anxiety and aid sleep: Lavender, Neroli
To sooth irritated skin: use at 0.5% with Lavender, Peppermint in infused oil of Calendula
