Rosemary ct cineol is an excellent respiratory oil.  It is useful for a wide range for upper and lower respiratory conditions, especially chronic conditions such as bronchitis, asthma, sinusitis, and rhinitis.

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to clear your mind
Use in a diffuser to freshen and clear the air

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1.5% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To aid recovery after illness: Cajeput, Spike Lavender, Sweet Thyme
For persistent respiratory congestion: Ravintsara, Eucalyptus smithii, Lavandin
To ease digestive bloating and congestion: Fennel, Ginger
