Description

This oil is CITES compliant.   Spikenard is a grounding oil that helps to calm anxiety and fear.  When feeling emotionally sensitive, with feeling of insecurity, Spikenard can bring ease and comfort. It eases digestive cramping and IBS especially if symptoms are aggravated by stress.  Physically it is an excellent anti-inflammatory oil relieving muscular pain and allergic skin reactions.

Smell Note Has a deep, earthy aroma, with an afternote of “dampness”

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to ground yourself during times of anxiety and stress
Use in a diffuser to encourage calm

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use between 1% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To encourage relaxation and sleep: Roman Chamomile, Petitgrain, Ylang Ylang.
For muscular pain: German Chamomile, Spike Lavender, Clove, Copaiba.
