Description

Vetiver is a strong grounding oil making it great for those suffering from stress related anxiety and insomnia.  In Sri Lanka it is known as “the oil of tranquility”.   It restores and hydrates the skin making it a good choice to heal sun damaged skin.  It is a tonic to the nervous system and can help to restore calm during times of change. It is a very viscous oil and requires encouragement to get it out of the bottle!

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to ground yourself during stressful times
Use in a diffuser as a fixative which adds depth to your blend and holds the aroma longer

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use between 1% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To hydrate and repair with skin: Sweet Orange, Lavender, Neroli
To encourage relaxation and sleep: Roman Chamomile, Neroli, Lavender
