Description

Yarrow is a regulating oil. It is emmenagogue and helps to balance irregular cycles especially during perimenopause.  It is an anti-allergic oil and can be used topically for skin allergies or inhalation for respiratory allergies.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to relieve hay fever

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use between 1% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To ease menopausal symptoms: Fennel, Sage, Clary Sage
For allergy relief: German Chamomile, Helichrysum, Lavender
