How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a diffuser or inhaler stick to add a sweetness to a blend that is calming and supportive

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1% to 5% in body massage and or tropical use.

BLENDS WELL WITH:
For Skin healing: Lavender, Vetiver, Sweet Orange
For Respiratory support: Lavender, Frankincense
