How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a diffuser as it is strongly antibacterial against Listeria monocytogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Use in an inhaler to relieve digestive tract spasms.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use between 1.5% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
For Digestive support: Fennel, Ginger, Basil
For Nervous support: Lavender, Petitgrain, Coriander
