DIFFUSION
This blend has a deep grounding aroma of Angelica root blended with the sweetness of Fennel and Thyme, making it a magnificent oil to diffuse.
Add 8-10 drops in a diffuser with water
PERSONAL INHALER
To untangle your thoughts, hold the aroma-stick under your nose and take 3 deep breaths in the rhythm of – in for the count of 6, holding the breath for count of 3, exhale for the count of 6 and hold for the count of 3. This is a Savitri Pranayama – the emotionally stabilising breath.
Add 8-10 drops to the wick
ROLLER BALL
Add 5 drops to 10ml of Jojoba oil or Grapeseed oil and use as a perfume or for self-massage.
Use as a perfume:
Apply to your wrist, elbow crease and neck and enjoy the clarifying aroma for the whole day.
Use in self massage:
Apply to the palms of your hands and massage into abdomen, cover with a warm hot pack, then cup your hands over your nose, and take a long slow deep breath in. This helps to calm the mind and encourage letting go.
MASSAGE
Use 10-15 drops in a 50ml of vegetable oil for body massage
DILUTE IN
Grapeseed, Sweet Almond, or Fractionated Coconut oil
ENRICH THE BLEND WITH
Infused vegetable oils are a powerful way to enrich and develop your blend.
Calendula oil is a very good anti-inflammatory oil, and it cleanses the lymphatic system. Add it at up to 20% to this blend to enhance the power of the blend
BODY OIL/LOTION
Blend 15-20 drops in 50ml of vegetable oil or Moisture lotion and use daily as a body moisturiser, making sure to apply it to the abdomen.
BATH BLEND
Add 8-10 drops to 5ml of essential oil dispersant and add to the bath water to create a cleansing aromatic bath experience.
