Description

Sweet Fennel is a very versatile essential oil.  It is cleansing to the blood, it is a diuretic, and a lymphatic decongestant.  This makes it an excellent detoxing oil.  It is also a digestive oil and can ease flatulence and other digestive problems.  It also plays a role in regulating the menstrual cycle and can be helpful to ease menopause symptoms caused by fluctuating hormone levels.  It is a mucolytic and expectorant so is an excellent addition to respiratory blends

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to calm the digestive system or balance the hormones
Use in a diffuser to create a clean environment and reduce infections

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1% and 2.5% in body massage or tropical use
