Description

Helichrysum is a powerful “recovery” oil.  It is excellent for healing bruising and treating physical and emotional shock.  Use in blends for muscular inflammation and pain.  It is also used in skin care to heal skin and is considered an excellent anti-aging ingredient.

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to calm a shocked spirit
Use in a massage blend to heal bruising and pain

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

To treat inflammation and pain: German Chamomile, Peppermint, Spike Lavender
