Description

Lemongrass oil is a connective tissue cleanser.  Excellent for use after sports or any activity to prevent stiffness and congestion.  Also use to support the immune system as it is abroad spectrum antifungal, anti-bacterial and anti-viral oil.  It is cooling to the body and useful for hot flushes and fevers.   Do not overuse as it can be a skin sensitiser

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to clear brain fog and uplift the mood
Use in a diffuser to create a welcoming aroma while you cleanse the air of unwanted bacteria and viruses

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 0.5% and 1% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To cleanse the connective tissue after activity: Atlas Cedarwood, Juniper Berry, Grapefruit
As an antifungal: Tea Tree, Geranium
