INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to calm and uplift
Use in a diffuser to create a cheery aroma that also cleanses the environment and promotes wellness

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 0.5% and 1% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
