How To Use

DIFFUSION
The top note of lemongrass greets you first, filling the atmospheres with a sweet citrus aroma while the deeper notes of ginger and black pepper are grounding and relaxing
Use 8-10 drops in a vaporiser with water

PERSONAL INHALER
Using this blend in a personal inhaler supports the work done by the topical application of the blend. Taking 3-4 deep inhales throughout the day helps to ease tension in the body and relax the nervous system
Add 8-10 drops to the wick

MASSAGE
Use 10-15 drops in a 50ml vegetable oil for massage

DILUTE IN
Grapeseed, Sweet Almond, or Coconut oil

ENRICH THE BLEND WITH
Infused vegetable oils are a powerful way to enrich and develop your blend.
Use Arnica, Calendula or Comfrey at 10% to add to the anti-inflammatory action of this blend

BODY OIL/LOTION
Blend 15-20 drops in 50ml of vegetable oil or lotion

BATH BLEND
Add 8-10 drops to 5ml of essential oil dispersant and add to the bath
