This blend was formulated as an assistance in labour.   Clary Sage deepens the strength and action of each contraction, and the synergistic blend of pain-relieving oils helps to ease pain.  This blend can be used on its own or with other medical support.  Have your inhaler at hand so you can begin using it once labour begins

How To Use

DIFFUSION
This wonderful blend is an excellent air purifier, as well as being an assistant in delivery
Add 8-10 drops in a diffuser with water

PERSONAL INHALER
To assist labour – This blend will not start labour. But once labour has begun hold the aroma-stick under your nose and take 3 deep breaths. Continue to breath deeply at the start of each contraction and exhaling with a sigh as the contraction fades.
Add 8-10 drops to the wick

MASSAGE
Use 5-10 drops in a 50ml of vegetable oil and ask the partner to gently rub into the low back

DILUTE IN
Grapeseed, Sweet Almond, or Fractionated Coconut oil
