Niaouli supports the immune system and is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial oil. Use to protect and prevent infections during times of stress or post illness when your body may be vulnerable.  It decongests the sinuses, lungs, and lymphatic system.

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to heal a respiratory infection
Use in a diffuser to protect against colds, flu and airborne infection

Use at between 1% and 5% in body massage or tropical use
