Description

This blend was formulated as the OBUS trauma kit in a bottle.  All the essential oils are chosen because of their known anti-inflammatory, analgesic, tissue repair action.  Use for acute and chronic inflammatory and pain conditions.  Blend with specialised oils such as Comfrey, Arnica or Tamanu to enhance and expand the effect of the blend

How To Use

DIFFUSION
This blends greatest action is when used topically. But it can be diffused for its wonderful calming effect
Add 8-10 drops in a diffuser with water

PERSONAL INHALER
To relieve pain - Hold the aroma-stick under your nose and take 3 deep breaths regularly throughout the day
Add 8-10 drops to the wick

ROLLER BALL
Add 15 drops to 10ml of Tamanu oil and use to apply to an injured area.

Use in self massage:
Apply with the roller to the area of the body that has been injured 2-3 times a day.

MASSAGE
Use 10-15 drops in a 50ml of vegetable oil for body massage

DILUTE IN
Grapeseed, Sweet Almond, or Fractionated Coconut oil

ENRICH THE BLEND WITH
Specialised and infused vegetable oils are a powerful way to enrich and develop your blend.
Adding 10% Arnica, Tamanu, Hypericum or Comfrey to the vegetable oil, makes this blend exceptionally healing. Read the instructions and cautions relating to these specialised and infused oils before applying to a wound.

BODY OIL/LOTION
Blend 15-20 drops in 50ml of vegetable oil or Moisture lotion and use daily as a body moisturiser

BATH BLEND
Add 8-10 drops to 5ml of essential oil dispersant and add to the bath water to create a luxurious aromatic bath experience.
