Description

Peppermint is high in Menthol.  Oils high in menthol are great pain relievers as they numb and cool the tissue.  When blended with Lavender, Peppermint relieves painful itching. Stimulating to the circulation system and the whole-body.  As a mild expectorant it is useful in the treatment of colds, flus and sinus congestion.  As a gastric and pancreatic stimulant, it is useful in the treatment of irritable bowel, nausea, and morning sickness.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a personal inhaler to clear the mind and ease congested sinuses.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1.5% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
To ease mental fatigue: Sweet Basil, Sage, Rosemary ct cineol
To ease pain and inflammation: Clove, Copaiba, Helichrysum, Spike Lavender
To ease gastric disorders: Fennel, Coriander, Lemon
