Red Thyme is a strong antimicrobial oil.  It is effective against bacteria, virus, and fungus. It is very effective when used in a diffuser.  It supports the immune system and helps prevent infection.  It is a skin irritant and should be used at the correct dilutions in topical applications.

How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a diffuser to clear infection and prevent spread

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use between 0.25% and 1% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
In a diffuser to prevent infection: Clove, Niaouli, Ravintsara
In topical blends to clear infection: Tea Tree, Lavender, Eucalyptus smithii
In steam inhalation to clear infection: Hyssop, Spearmint, Fennel
