How To Use

INHALATION
Use in a diffuser to clean the air and relieve coughs and colds. In an inhaler to decongest and relieve coughs and colds.

DILUTION FOR MASSAGE AND TOPICAL USE:
Use at between 1.5% and 5% in body massage or tropical use

BLENDS WELL WITH:
For Respiratory support: Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Lavandin
For Muscular support: Lavender, Copaiba, Peppermint
