Our range of Ultra Sonic Diffusers disperse essential oils into microparticles and diffuse them throughout a room making diffusion a very safe and effective way of using essential oils. Whether you are looking to aid relaxation, uplift mood or help recovery from illness diffusion is one of the safest and most effective way to reap the benefits of Aromatherapy.

SUGGESTED DIFFUSION RECIPES:
The end of day “reset” blend
130ml of water to the diffuser
10-15 drops of OBUS DESTRESS AND REJUVENATE essential oil blend
Use on intermittent setting as you relax for the evening

A lovely “Forest Walk” blend
90mls of water to the diffuser
15 drops Cedarwood
Use on intermittent setting to enjoy the aroma all day

HOW TO DIFFUSE
Select your essential oils based on the effect you are looking for or just because you love the aroma!
Add -up to 130ml of water to the diffuser
Add 10-15 drops in total of your essential oils
Select 60, 90 or 120 minute running time or allow it to run until it is empty using the intermittent or continuous diffusion setting

I recommend the intermittent setting for ambient diffusion. It ensures longer enjoyment of the essential oils. And according to all the research, intermittent diffusion is very effective for general wellbeing.

I only recommend continuous diffusion if someone is unwell – and even then it is not always necessary. If you are fighting an infection or are using diffusion a part of a routine for pain management then continuous diffusion is sometimes more effective.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR DIFFUSER:
Follow the cleaning instruction on the product leaflet.
For aesthetics, wipe any water or oil that gets dropped on the outside of the diffuser
Never over fill the reservoir
Clean the reservoir from time to time – more regularly if you use viscous oils like Vetiver, Sandalwood or Rose.
